Location of the office
Pau Claris Street 184, 4th. 2a. Barcelona 080015 (Map). The office is located in the street of Pau Claris near the corner with Provence street, one block away is the Paseo de Gracia and the Diagonal metro station (5 minutes walk).

Visiting schedule
The usual schedule of scheduled visits is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. To request a day and time of visit you can call at this time or you can leave the message and we will schedule the visit. Those interested will be visited only if they have an appointment. It is a visit at the agreed time. Please notify as soon as possible if you can not attend the visit.
What should I take to the visit?
If you belong to Healthcare “Asistencia Sanitaria” you must carry the valid card at each visit. Please note that the card has an expiration date, if the card is invalid you will be asked to pay the price of the visit until you obtain a valid card. If you are visited privately you will be informed of the prices of the visit and medical exams required. Please bring bring all the recent medical information that you think might be usefulluseful for the visit (analysis, visits to the Emergency Department, complementary tests). A list of questions for the doctor will be helpful, and we will make sure that all questions are answered.
Visits without previous appointment
Out of respect for scheduled visits, visits without previous appointments are not attended, unless emergency. Please call before coming or we will not be able to attend you.
Telephone
We encourage you to use the phone during visiting hours. Many doubts can be solved by phone, saving time and the cost of the visit. If you call for a problem that is not urgent or needs some clarification, for example a dose of a medication, you will be asked to leave the message. Please understand that if we are busy with emergencies and scheduled visits, they will take priority over calls that are not emergent, but we will return the call as soon as we can. If you think you need to be visited, we ask that you call as soon as possible to accommodate the visit to your demands. It is useful to have a pen and paper on hand when you call so you can take notes. A list of questions you would like to ask is also useful.
Confidentiality
Your medical history is strictly private. No information regarding your health status will be given to any friend or family member without your permission. The only exception will be when the law demands it. Patients should feel comfortable talking about any issue or problem related to their health with complete confidence regarding their confidentiality.
Arriving late or not showing up for the visit
If you can not come to the visit, please call the office as soon as possible to be able to visit another person in that space of time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may have to reschedule the visit for another day.
Staff of the consultation
Dr. Andreu is the only doctor in the office. Teresa Bladé is in charge of the coordination of the visits. We are committed to making the relationship with you as fluid and comfortable as possible.
